What we collect
- Tool answers. None. The exposure check and day ledger run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, not put in page addresses and not logged.
- Ledger storage. Only if you turn it on, your ledger is saved in your own browser's local storage. We can't see it. Clear all data removes it.
- Guide purchases. Stripe collects your name, email, card and billing country to take payment. We receive your email, the amount, the payment status and an order reference, to give you your download, handle refunds and keep tax records. We never see your card number.
- Emails you send us. Your address and message, to reply to you.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and page requested, for security and operation.
There is no analytics, advertising pixel, session recording or cookie banner, because we set no tracking cookies.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores order records. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax law requires sales records. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted within 24 months. Host logs follow the host's standard retention.
Your rights
Where GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA apply, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, object to its use, or complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal data.
How to ask for deletion
Email hello@flagsage.com. For tool data, use Clear all data in the ledger, or clear your browser's site data.
