Delivery, updates and support

After you pay, Stripe returns you to a confirmation page with your download. Save that page's address. For 12 months it always gives the newest edition, rebuilt whenever a country record changes. Lost the address? Email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll send it again. Support covers downloads and errors in the guide. We can't answer personal tax questions.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by Stripe Checkout. FlagSage never sees your card number. Stripe emails your receipt. The price is US$49 in total, paid once, with no subscription. Email hello@flagsage.com within 14 days for a full refund. Full terms are in the Terms.

Questions

Is this the same research as the free pages?

Yes. The guide uses the same country records as the website and the free tools. You pay for one printable file with comparison tables, worksheets and the glossary, which you can keep offline and bring to an adviser.

When do I get it?

Right after payment. Stripe sends you back to a confirmation page with your download button. Some payment methods take longer to confirm, and the page waits until they do.

Do I get updates?

Yes, for 12 months. Your confirmation page always downloads the newest edition. Save its address, or ask us for the link again with your Stripe receipt.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email hello@flagsage.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. Your download page stops working once the refund is made.

Does it tell me where I am tax resident?

No. It sets out each country's rules with sources and the questions to ask. A qualified professional applies them to your facts.

Can I share it?

The copy you buy is for your own use, including with your own adviser. Please don't resell or republish it. The free pages can be linked and quoted.
