Can you tell me if I am tax resident somewhere?
No. Only a qualified professional can apply the rules to your facts. The exposure check gives you the questions to ask them.
Where is my tool data?
In your browser. The exposure check keeps answers in the open tab only. The ledger saves to your browser only if you turn that on, and Clear all data removes it.
I lost my ledger. Can you restore it?
No. We never receive it. If you downloaded a backup, use Restore a backup in the ledger.
Why is my country not covered?
We add countries only when we can check their rules from official sources and maintain them. Tell us which country you need.
I bought the guide. Where is my download?
On the confirmation page Stripe sent you back to. If you closed it, email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll send the link again.
Can I buy the evidence file?
Not yet. The residence rules guide is the only paid product. See the packages page.
How do I report an error?
Use the correction page and include the rule ID if you can.
