Editorial policy

Who writes and reviews, what each date means, how corrections work, and when we withdraw a rule.

Short answer

Pages are drafted by the FlagSage editorial team from official sources. Each page shows separate dates for publication, the last source check and professional review. No page has a professional review yet, and none claims one.

Roles

  • Author. FlagSage editorial drafts every page and rule from official sources.
  • Reviewer. A qualified professional in the relevant country. None has reviewed a page yet. When one does, the page will name their role, credential and the review date.

Three different dates

DateWhat it means
PublishedWhen the page first went live
Sources checkedWhen we last opened each official source and confirmed the rule summary
Professionally reviewedWhen a named qualified reviewer approved the rule. Routine edits never reset this date

What we will not publish

  • Personal conclusions, tax-free promises, safe day counts, eligibility rulings or filing promises
  • Invented credentials, reviews, ratings, testimonials or statistics
  • Paid placement or ranking of any provider
  • Mass-generated country-pair pages

Corrections

Anyone can report a correction with a page, rule ID or source. Each report gets an internal owner and a tracked resolution. Material corrections are listed in the change log with the date and what changed.

Withdrawing a rule

When a source is stale, sources conflict, a rule is found wrong, or a review fails, the rule is withdrawn from tool results and marked on its page, and any offer that depends on it is paused. It returns only after a recorded fix.
